If I could bring a dead person back to life for a dinner party it would Yogi Bhajan, my yoga master. I would be so grateful to experience his presence and get some life advice on how to dismount the ego and live and act fully from my soul, to serve. And if I can not bring someone dead to life for this dinner party I would invite Dalai Lama for the same reasons. What motivates you? Makes you happy? To contribute to sustainable growth to all living and in all situations. This is what is driving me in the work I do around digital transformation in the corporate world, building and facility management industry in particular. I aim to support people and companies to find the strength and truth from within and grow from that in this digital transformation time rather then just strive for efficiency and larger revenues. What advice would you give your 10-year-old self? Start to do yoga and spend at least 2 hours a day going within. No one can tell you who you are and if you have done well or not. Find your inner self and stay true. If you could make 1 global change – what would it be? Consciousness, I would make all people more conscious and true so that all would act with compassion, love and respect. What are your Top 3 achievements? 1. Giving birth to and raising four marvellous children 2. Becoming a yoga instructor 3. Training to be a healer and healing my psoriasis in the process 4. Challenging my ego to serve higher causes not the things family, friends, society and media tries to package as success What does sustainability mean for you? Growing from truth in harmony with all living. In daily life, sort the garbage, drive electric cars or not drive at all, be humble and kind and true. What was the most important event/influence that changed your perspective? Walter Meneses, a yoga teacher and healer, originally from Mexico. Walter inspires and challenge me to grow with his awareness and sense of humor. Is there anything else you would like to share with us? I recommend all to sit still, in silence, no music, just with yourself for 15min every day. Pray for permission to listen, see and feel the truth. Calling all Sideshifters!
