If you could invite 1 person to a dinner party – who would it be and why?
Tim Ferris, author of the 4 Hour Work Week and Tools of Titans, to hear his thoughts on island hopping in Greece, high performance and everything in between and beyond.
What motivates you? Makes you happy?

Being surrounded by great people, travel, learning new things and making a difference. Collaboration and team work. It IS possible to combine purpose with profit in a sustainable way, so the rise of impact driven entrepreneurs is a welcomed trend which I hope continues to grow in the years to come.

What advice would you give your 10-year-old self?
Know that you are loved, everything will work out for the best. Trust your heart and intuition to lead the way.
If you could make 1 global change – what would it be?
Reduce global warming.
What are your Top 3 achievements?
My children, my company From Sweden and now being able to support performing arts entrepreneurs and large cultural organisations as a senior consultant, speaker/trainer and interim manager.
What does sustainability mean for you?
Being respectful of nature and mother earth, living within our means and leaving a lasting legacy for our children and generations beyond.
What was the most important event/influence that changed your perspective?
My grandmother who let me stay with her when I was young and things were tough at home. She was a school teacher and during that time, she opened up my eyes to a whole new world of possibilities. I haven’t looked back since.
Is there anything else you would like to share with us?
I believe we are at a tipping point in time, where our actions matter more than ever before. Impact driven communities like Sideshift are important in bringing like-minded people together to solve the global problems we face today. Let us be the change we want to see in the world.
