  • Rune, a trained chef from Denmark, has worked as head chef in Copenhagen and Paris, and later operated his own restuarant Backstugan.
  • Fabian, growing up in his father's restuarant developed a love for cooking and later earned ""Future promise of the year"" at the Swedish Resturant Gala in 2015.
  • The father-son team opened Kalf&Hansen with the goal to transform the fast-food industry by prodiving food that is accessible, affordable and healthy.

Not making shortcuts. Seeing the big picture and doing something about it.

Constantly meating the farmers that makes it possible doing the work that we do
