Fabian, growing up in his father's restuarant developed a love for cooking and later earned ""Future promise of the year"" at the Swedish Resturant Gala in 2015. The father-son team opened Kalf&Hansen with the goal to transform the fast-food industry by prodiving food that is accessible, affordable and healthy.
