If you could invite 1 person to a dinner party – who would it be and why?
Elon Musk.
There are so many questions I have to ask, not only about his vision and determination to take humanity to become multiplanetary but also about his personal gaining. There is a lot happening with us as humans when we take that first step – are we preparing the culture shift to widen our extinction to the universe wisely enough?
What motivates you? Makes you happy?
To be able to contribute to a better world with my passion, wisdom end energy motivates me. To see people come alive and start changing within.
People makes me happy.
What advice would you give your 10-year-old self?
Believe in yourself, you are far stronger then you think. Tell those voices in your head to shut up and go out there and become what you want to become, not what the worlds want you to become.
Stay curious and humble, and always be the hardest learner in the room.
If you could make 1 global change – what would it be?
Make people conscious about their inner strength and possibilities.
What are your Top 3 achievements?
Culture Change at the Swedish Monopoly in 2007-2015
Project leading 4500 employees and 500 leaders to the tipping point of change to a value based organisation
Mastering myself
What does sustainability mean for you?
Conscious choices in every decision made
What was the most important event/influence that changed your perspective?
Not changed my perspective but strength it was UN Leader Summit in New York. I came to really understand the importance of schooling and education – on every level in society and in the world.
