Tara Westover. I just devoured her memoir, “Educated.” To leap from academic ignorance to a Cambridge PhD in just 10 years is nothing short of extraordinary. Her life and story stretch society’s notion of ‘possible’. What motivates you? Makes you happy? Making everyday magic. It’s a thrill to see synchronicity and serendipity all around us. It’s even more thrilling to realize you have a hand in creating it. What advice would you give your 10-year-old self? You can create the life you want to live. All it takes are intention and imagination met with action. With your heart in the right place, you cannot go wrong. If you could make 1 global change – what would it be? Let’s reimagine the meaning of work along with our measures of success. Let’s embrace joy work, growth work and gift work. Let’s define a good life as one that gives more than it takes. Let’s shift our ambitions from ‘having it all’ to ‘having all that matters’. What are your Top 3 achievements? 1. Finding my voice. 2. Using my voice for good. 3. Helping others tap and tune into theirs with The Life Brief. What does sustainability mean for you? Sustainability is living from a place of generosity…it’s the gift we give others when we leave our world better than when we encountered it.
